Cégkapu Integration

Managing Cégkapu messages used to require a separate login, manual downloads and manual organization – and when the task was shared among multiple colleagues, the process became even more complicated.

Flowyer's Cégkapu integration simplifies this workflow: you can now review and manage your Cégkapu mailbox content directly from Flowyer.

Important: the system does not automatically download messages.
Flowyer lists incoming documents exactly like Cégkapu's own interface – the difference is that it does so without a separate login, right within your case management system. Control stays 100% in the hands of your office.

What do you gain in practice?

Clear overview
For each message you can see the sender, receipt number, document type, arrival time and attached file name. The table can be searched and filtered by sender, subject, file name, identifier, type or notes.

Fast processing
A selected document can be downloaded with a single click and immediately assigned to the relevant case. No separate file saving, folder organization or manual uploading required.

Automatic notification to the case manager
If the document is downloaded by someone other than the case manager, the system automatically notifies the responsible colleague about the new document. No important document goes unnoticed.

Download log
The system records who downloaded which message and when. The download log is searchable at any time – every document's journey can be clearly traced after the fact.

Non-deletable document storage
Messages downloaded from Cégkapu cannot be deleted from Flowyer. This ensures that no official document can disappear from the system, whether accidentally or intentionally.

The integration communicates through Cégkapu's official machine interface (BKSZ) using WS-Security protocol – communication is encrypted end-to-end.
